How do I change my partner or shift preference?
Visit the "Preparing for Event Day" page above, and resubmit the form! You and your partner must select the same shift preference and correctly enter each others phone numbers.
If you previously submitted a preference form, don't worry: just resubmit. We will always take your most recent submissions.
Submissions will be accepted until November 8th at 11:59 pm.
What if my partner can no longer come to Event Day?
Have them email us and we will take them off the list. We will rematch you with someone else in your shift so please still come to Event Day!

How can I make sure I a not missing anything before Event Day?
Check your personal email and look for an email called "Your Checklist". This is the most up to date info we currently have!
What time should I arrive at E23 to catch the shuttle on time?
Arrive at the time we give you. We have already planned in buffer time to make sure mentors all have enough time!
